By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or utilizing our tree care services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “client,” or “you”) and Beaumont Tree Masters. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Services” refers to all tree care services provided by Beaumont Tree Masters, including but not limited to tree cutting, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, and related services.

- “Quote” refers to the written estimate provided by Beaumont Tree Masters for requested services.
- “Property” refers to the location where services are to be performed.
- “Contract” refers to the agreement formed when you accept our quote for services.

Account Registration
While our website allows you to submit service requests and contact information, Beaumont Tree Masters does not currently require users to create permanent accounts. However, we do collect and maintain certain personal information when you request services or contact us.

Beaumont Tree Masters provides professional tree care services in Beaumont, TX, and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Tree Removal Service: Complete removal of trees, including hazardous trees, unwanted trees, or trees that pose risks to property.
- Tree Trimming Service: Selective removal of branches to improve tree appearance, health, and reduce risk of storm damage.
- Tree Pruning Service: Technical cutting of specific branches to address tree health issues, structural concerns, or aesthetic goals.
- Stump Removal: Removal of tree stumps below ground level after tree removal.
All services are performed by qualified tree care professionals according to industry standards and best practices. The specific scope of work for each job will be detailed in the quote provided before work commences.
User Responsibilities
As a customer of Beaumont Tree Masters, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your property and tree care needs.
- Ensure legal authority to authorize work on the property where services are to be performed.
- Obtain any necessary permits or homeowners’ association approvals prior to scheduled service dates (unless specifically agreed that BTM will obtain these).
- Clearly mark and disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other structures that could be damaged during service.
- Secure pets and ensure clear access to work areas prior to scheduled service times.
- Communicate any specific concerns, instructions, or special circumstances prior to the start of work.
- Not request services that would violate local regulations, ordinances, or protected tree statutes.
- Use our website and services for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website functionality.
Payment Terms
Pricing and Quotes
All quotes provided by Beaumont Tree Masters are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the specific services requested and conditions observed during the initial assessment.
Quotes may be adjusted if:
- Additional work is requested
- Previously unidentified hazards or complications are discovered
- Access conditions change significantly from the time of assessment
- Weather events alter the condition of trees after assessment but before service
Payment Methods
Beaumont Tree Masters accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Bank Wires
Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- For jobs under $1,000: Full payment is due upon completion of services
- For jobs over $1,000: A 25% deposit may be required to schedule services, with the balance due upon completion
Late Payments
Payments not received within 30 days of service completion are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Customers with outstanding balances may not be eligible for additional services until accounts are brought current.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. Beaumont Tree Masters offers:
- Return service to address specific concerns with completed work
- Partial refunds for services not performed to industry standards
Refunds are not available for properly completed services where the customer simply changes their mind after work completion.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling
Service scheduling is based on availability and is confirmed only after acceptance of the quote and, if applicable, receipt of any required deposit. While we strive to accommodate requested dates and times, scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and existing commitments.
Weather Delays
Tree services are weather-dependent for safety reasons. Beaumont Tree Masters reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather including but not limited to:
- Lightning storms
- High winds
- Heavy rain
- Extreme heat or cold conditions
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible about weather-related rescheduling.
Cancellations
- Customer Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $75.
- Emergency Cancellations: Fees may be waived for genuine emergencies at BTM’s discretion.
- BTM Cancellations: If Beaumont Tree Masters needs to cancel scheduled services for any reason, we will reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional cost to you.
Property Access
By scheduling services, you agree to provide Beaumont Tree Masters with reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed services, including:
- Permission to bring necessary equipment onto the property
- Access to water sources if required and previously agreed upon
- Vehicle and equipment parking in reasonable proximity to the work area
- Safe passage for workers to and from the work area
You acknowledge that tree work may require temporary use of adjacent areas for equipment positioning, debris handling, and worker safety. Beaumont Tree Masters will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and protect surrounding landscaping, structures, and property features.
Should access be denied or significantly restricted on the scheduled service date, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
Website Content
All content on the Beaumont Tree Masters website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Beaumont Tree Masters or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Trademarks
“Beaumont Tree Masters” and any related logos are trademarks of Beaumont Tree Masters. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our website or services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our website and services does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Beaumont Tree Masters or third-party trademarks.
Limited License

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of completion, and we will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional cost.
Limitations
Our warranties and guarantees do not cover:
- Natural processes such as regrowth after trimming
- Damage due to extreme weather events occurring after service completion
- Tree mortality due to pre-existing conditions not observable during assessment
- Issues arising from customer’s failure to follow aftercare recommendations
Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage
Beaumont Tree Masters maintains comprehensive business insurance, including:
- General liability insurance
- Workers’ compensation insurance
- Vehicle and equipment insurance
Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to commencement of services.
Property Damage
Despite our best efforts to prevent damage, the nature of tree work carries inherent risks. Beaumont Tree Masters is responsible for damage to your property that is directly caused by negligence during service provision.
To make a damage claim:
- Notify us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide photographic evidence when possible
- Allow reasonable access to inspect alleged damage
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage or conditions
- Damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures
- Normal lawn stress from equipment that recovers within a reasonable period
- Incidental damage that is a necessary part of the agreed-upon service (e.g., minor lawn divots where stump grinding occurs)
Subcontractors
Beaumont Tree Masters reserves the right to utilize qualified subcontractors for certain specialized services or during periods of high demand. All subcontractors utilized by Beaumont Tree Masters:
- Meet our standards for quality and professionalism
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Operate under our supervision and direction
- Are bound by these same Terms of Service
When subcontractors are utilized, Beaumont Tree Masters remains your primary point of contact and maintains responsibility for service quality and customer satisfaction.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Website Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website.
Service Limitations
Tree care involves inherent risks and limitations. Despite our expertise and care:
- We cannot guarantee that trees will survive after services such as heavy pruning
- We cannot predict how individual trees will respond to treatments or pruning
- We cannot prevent all potential tree failures or property damage during severe weather events
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beaumont Tree Masters shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damage resulting from acts of God, extreme weather events, or natural disasters
- Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the services in question
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beaumont Tree Masters, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from:
- Your use of our website or services
- Information you provide to us
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your conduct in connection with our services
Term and Termination
Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use our website or services. For specific services, the term begins when you accept our quote and ends upon completion of services and full payment, except for provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Termination by Customer
You may terminate services by providing written notice before work begins. Cancellation policies as outlined in the Scheduling and Cancellations section will apply.
Termination by BTM
Beaumont Tree Masters reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- Safety concerns make service provision unreasonably dangerous
- Required permits cannot be obtained
- Property conditions differ significantly from those present during assessment
- Customer conduct is abusive or threatening toward staff
- Customer requests services that would violate laws or regulations
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Any outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
- Warranties for completed work remain valid per their terms
- Provisions concerning liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive
Service Modifications
Beaumont Tree Masters reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any service, promotional offer, or website feature
- Update pricing for services not yet quoted or contracted
- Introduce new services or service options
- Adjust service areas or minimum service requirements
We will communicate any material changes affecting existing contracts directly to affected customers.
Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Resolution
If a dispute arises concerning our services or these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith communication before pursuing formal legal action. Please contact us promptly with any concerns so we can address them.
Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Texas, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for consumer-related disputes.
Both parties waive the right to bring disputes before a jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator with experience in commercial law.
Exceptions
This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from:
- Seeking injunctive relief in court pending arbitration
- Filing small claims court actions for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction
- Reporting violations to appropriate regulatory authorities
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any action not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Any such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
Changes to Terms
Beaumont Tree Masters reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
For substantial changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through our website or via email for existing customers with scheduled services.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this document.
